A $500 grant was awarded in 2009 by World Connect’s Kids to Kids program to add seating to the Flowers Bank Community Center in Belize. Adding seats to the Center increased the functionality of the building, allowing for more programming to take place there, in particular, the planning of the Belize River Valley Children's Rally, an opportunity to introduce youth to traditional Belizean Dances, singing, skits, crafting making, and history lessons from village leaders.Explore other Projects
