Project Launch: 9-2-20
This project will deploy 50 trained community health volunteers (CHVs) across 10 different neighborhoods in Dar es Salaam to conduct community health education and outreach. In each neighborhood, the CHVs will focus their efforts at one primary school, one university, one church, one mosque, one bus depot, and one marketplace. They will also identify priority locations for the installation of handwashing stations in each neighborhood, and work with communities to install and manage these stations.
