1000 Days Training
Project Launch: 2-22-16
This project will build the capacity of 45 community health workers to reduce the rates of stunting and malnutrition by offering trainings on nutrition and maternal and child health, equipping them with extensive knowledge to treat and educate their communities more effectively and strategically. Additionally, the community health workers will learn how to build permagardens, which they will promote in each of their villages to encourage families to grow fruits and vegetables in a more resource-conscious, locally sustainable way.
