About this Project
Project Launch:
A grant of $500 was awarded to the Educational Resource Center Project in the Stann Creek area of Belize in 2008 by World Connect’s Kids to Kids program. The Resource Center provides additional educational materials for students and trainings for teachers as well as a space for teachers to plan, collaborate, and drive their own professional development. The space was created with educators in mind, the objective being that teacher progress and development will trickle down to students.
