Project Launch: 5-29-19
The Haniro Farmers Club in the Kaziramihundo community in Rwanda will open a farm equipment library. Forty farmers will have access to a variety of tools for use on their own plots of land. Each farmer will co-invest in the maintenance and security of the equipment. Additionally, the project will include trainings on farming techniques and equipment use. Access to this equipment library will allow the farmers to increase their yields, thus increasing their income and contributing to families' nutrition and financial stability.
