The boys’ camp, VALOR, resulted in a school cleanup project, and the girls’ camp, ALMA, resulted in the creation of a youth-led summer program for kids. “Be a Hero!” taught the kids about leadership skills and how to work together as a team to build project for their communities. Throughout the camps, kids learned how to build trust within each other and had a great time while doing so. Be a Hero gave kids the tools to shine in their communities as skilled leaders.Explore other Projects
