Ng'ozi Primary School Toilet and Changeroom Construction

About this Project

Led by Memory Chitanda, Glow Motivation Limited will support Ng'ozi Primary School in Nathenje Rural East, under Traditional Authority Chadza in Lilongwe, to construct safe, accessible, and learner-friendly sanitation facilities  to directly benefit more than 380 students at the school. The project will use a $7,467.84co investment with  Mudzi Connect, to construct two learner toilet blocks with nine toilets. This includes  accessible facilities for learners with disabilities, as well as a dedicated changing room for adolescent girls to manage menstrual hygiene safely and with dignity.By improving access to safe sanitation, the project aims to reduce absenteeism among girls, strengthen disability inclusion, and lower health risks. These efforts will improve menstrual health and dignity while creating a safer environment where all children can thrive in school
