Project Launch:
After school activities like sports, art or music are limited in the Dominican Republic. A $449 grant from World Connect’s Kids to Kids program funded a project that engaged kids in painting a series of murals throughout the community – at four schools, a community composting building, and on 10 electricity poles. The murals were designed by kids and have educational themes.
