Project Launch:

The Troisieme Dimension Art Association, based in the small Moroccan town of Sefrou, is committed to making art central to the lives of Sefrou's young people. They've completed an anti-smoking poster campaign in several local high schools, a mural painting project at a major intersection to encourage kids to be careful when crossing the street, and they regularly organize painting workshops for kids in a town park. With World Connect's support, the Troisieme Dimension Art Association will construct their very own place for art, where they can coordinate and organize all of their future work in the community. A Place for Art will be a place where youth can learn and practice art, but will also be a setting for communication and exchange of ideas, and an opportunity for the association to foster individual and community development.
