Soap Production Business
Project Launch: 11-19-24
The Karama Soap Production Business project aims to establish a soap-making business that provides economic opportunities and addresses local health and hygiene needs. Supported by the Ubumwe Block F organization, it involves 30 members contributing weekly savings to support the venture. With a grant of $4,713.50 from World Connect, the project will fund training, raw materials, equipment, and workspace rental. The initiative aims to produce affordable liquid and bar soaps for households, schools, and nearby institutions while creating jobs, improving living standards, and fostering community development. Sustainability will be ensured through reinvestment of profits, skill development, and collaboration with local organizations.
