Project Launch:

At the Ntumu Primary Boarding School in Kenya, there is very little travel for children outside of the school compound and many students have never seen some of the natural resources that surround them such as the Mt. Kenya slopes that engulf the school. With support from World Connect’s Kids to Kids Program, the school conducted an art class to provide students with a new, creative, and inspiring activities that helped them to develop into well rounded adults. The students took up painting, drawing, writing, and sculpting, and students were encouraged to take what they learned and created home to share with their family and community to spread a love of art.
