Project Launch:

A $500 grant from World Connect’s Kids to Kids program supported the establishment of a well-rounded Arts, Sports, and Culture program at Cattle Landing School in Belize. Programming included lessons in music, geography, chess, photography, and basketball. Student photos from photography classes were displayed at the Toledo Festival of the Arts and used in a cross-cultural exchange in the Peace Corps’ World Wise Schools Program.  This programming hadn’t existed before given school budget constraints.
